Central Education & Training is a community based organisation, aimed at long term unemployed people from inner cities, particularly Asian, African-Caribbean and other disadvantaged groups.
National and Local research shows that disadvantaged communities are disproportionately affected by economic deprivation and unemployment. Central Education & Training will impart specialist skills, knowledge, expertise and self confidence to enhance individuals’ prospects within the labour market. Through quality skills training, education and support for enterprise, it will enable its client groups to compete at an equal level for the jobs available or progress further in education and training.

We believe that everyone should have equal access to education and training in order to better themselves and improve their employment and career opportunities.
As well as working with both large and small businesses, the organisation has a long history of providing education and training, and has worked particularly closely with disadvantaged communities, including the unemployed, people in low paid employment, Asian, African-Caribbean communities and other disadvantaged groups and people with special learning needs. Our informal friendly learning environment and supportive team of Tutors and staff aims to ensure that even the most nervous of students feels at ease, and that their learning goals can be achieved.We look forward to helping you get where you want to be.
