This privacy notice is issued by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Department of Education (DfE). Learner Agreement

I agree to attend all timetabled classes regularly and on time (including tutorials and Functional Skills where appropriate.

If unable to attend I will let my tutor/the college know. *Please note - you may not obtain your full qualification if you do not pass your Math and English. I agree to complete assignments, attend exams and complete other work on time and talk to my tutors if for any reason this might be late.
