The Level 3 Diploma in IT User Skills qualification is suitable for a wide range of learners and allow for flexibility and choice of units appropriate to the candidate’s needs. The awarding organisation for this qualification is ProQual Awarding Body and the regulatory body is the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification however ideally it candidate should have Level 2 in IT such as ECDL Level 2.
